Partially effective
Results were variable so I found it only partially effective. I was using an Android snoring monitor app to gauge results. It has a peculiar taste but the main downside for me was that it's main ingredient is soya lecithin and I have an intolerance to soya products. My main criticism would be that the ingredients are not listed either on the carton or the canister, only in the enclosed information leaflet, so one has to have bought and opened it before discovering them, when it is too late to return it.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
