Although I have been using glucosamine for about 9 months to a year, I have only recently been using this brand for a while. However I think there has been a further improvement. I do neck exercises every day too. I would probably buy these again if I can when these run out. The quality appears good, delivery prompt, and inclusion of Vit C may be a positive addition.
