sturdy, helpful but uncomfortable for the dog
It is sturdy and easy to use to but can be quite cumbersome getting it in and out of the car because of its size - takes up half the boot (I have a Jeep). My dog (a collie, who is 10), finds the tread uncomfortable as it is rough and she isn't able to grip properly with her claws, she tries to jump around it! Worth every penny

Poor design and manufacture
Poor design and manufacture as after 2 weeks of careful use (lightweight dogs) the plastic ramp frame spit open with an 8 inch crack. Also the plastic frame had sharp edges which meant I needed to wear gloves to protect my hands from cuts. Now unusable.

Great product but slippery surface

Great product at a fantastic price
I love this product, light, portable, robust and strong,I was really starting to struggle getting my big Labrador in and out of the car, he has joint problems and isn’t able to jump in on his own anymore. I still have the same problem because he hates it and refuses to use it. I still have to lift him in and out. But if you have a big car ( I have a Honda CR-V) and a Dog that’s not stubborn and likes new things then the ramp will be perfect for you.
