Many features. Pretty good.
We are only a couple of days into using the Ring Chime Pro with our Ring doorbell. So far, we do like it. It’s quite loud and has different customizations. My only complaint is that it took several tries to get everything hooked up and connected with each other. When something wasn’t right, I couldn’t figure out which device wasn’t right to work on so I had to start again with both of them. This happened twice and I was ready to send them both back when they started working (I did something right but am not sure what). The Ring Chime has a nightlight feature that is very bright. Didn’t realize until yesterday there was a way to turn off the nightlight.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Not the features I expected.
I purchased the Chime Pro with the hope of extending my WiFi for my Ring cameras. Unfortunately the signal to the cameras is the same with the Pro or directly from my router without the Pro. For me the product is useless.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

App Opens Quickly, Image Clear and Bright
This doorbell replaces another brand which was not performing well for us. The Ring doorbell app opens quickly and the image is bright and clear. However, after a 30-day free trial period, you do need to buy an extra monthly subscription to see any videos of visitors. You also need to buy a separate chime. Battery life seems good. The installation instructions included a QR code that was erroneous and caused some frustration until I figured it out (I used the item number on the doorbell itself to log in). This Fixes the Ring Doorbell WIFI issue
This is original Ring quality. Brand new. Plug and play. My Ring doorbell worked for over a year then I got messages that the WIFI signal was too low and it worked intermittently. I bought this for my wife. I didn't want it at all, I was pretty sure it was going to be a total waste of money and my time trying to get it to work. Nice enhancement to the ring doorbell.
This is a a must for your ring doorbell. It definitely enhances the reaction time of the ring. I thought it would be another useless add-on. Not so. One aspect of this is that you can isolate the ring from the hundreds of other doodads connected to you wifi network. I tried it originally as a access point for some cameras as well as the ring. It didn't do much as an access point so I switched it to a ring access point and the doorbell camera is much crisper. Anyway, play with it as you will. The only funky bit is that it has a very bright nightlight for some reason. Fortunately you can disable that feature. At all events, this is a keeper. Backyard spotlight cam works now!
The chime pro arrived on time. I already had a ring chime in the hallway for the doorbell unit. But the wifi for the spotlight cam in the backyard was really bad and the spotlight cam didn't always work. So I bought a second chime pro and installed it in the bedroom which is closer to the backyard.
