New frontier
I have to admit, this was an impulse buy and I was hoping to get the device for my HomeKit system. Low and behold the item arrived and to my surprise it was actually a better version than what I thought I was purchasing (wireless). Alas it doesn’t connect via HomeKit (no wireless cameras do yet) and it actually works splendidly well. A great find for sure!!

Great When it Works
Very easy to set up and great when it works. The battery version of the camera (Circle 2) is always cutting out. It gets disconnected from the Internet and has to be reset almost every day; unreliable. I also have the plug in camera, this seems to get disconnected much less. However, even the plug in Circle 2 gets disconnected every now and then and must be unplugged and plugged back in. Internet in the house is plenty strong, nothing else using Wifi cuts out the way these cameras do. Kind of disappointed.Verified purchase: YesCondition: Pre-owned

Not a good product
Setting up to work out of the box did not take some efforts. It took almost a minute for the camera to start showing the live view even if the battery was fully charged. It always go through the process of wake up and connecting internet. unlike other similar products, it does not have SD card so every captured video clip has to be stored remote cloud, which undoubtedly increases the retrieve time.Verified purchase: YesCondition: Pre-owned

Versatile and modular
