    Worth the money

So far so good. Have only had the printer for 2 weeks and I'm not a one to print a lot, but so far it has done a nice job. Set up was extremely easy, but I am surprised by how loud it is. The noise is the only reason why I do not give 5 stars. Otherwise I do recommend the printer. I also recommend getting the auto ink ship. Very economical pricing! It is definitely worth looking into. My price for 100 printed pages per month is $4.99 per month.

Many Features at an Affordable Price

I have now worn out two of these HP-9015 printers and am on my third one. After over 100,000 pages printed these printers begin to show their age. FIRST, the print quality is excellent. For high-volume printing I print in Draft mode which offers excellent print quality for text and up to a measured 3,000 printed pages per 962-XL Black print cartridge. SECOND I like the older 9015 (not the newer "e" model) because I connect the printer via USB and turn the wireless off entirely. The 9015 printers have a few common problems that can be lived with. 1. Occasionally the printer will "forget" how many copies it has printed and start over to print the desired number of copies. Infrequent and random, but once understood it can be lived with. 2. Using duplex (double sided) printing works great but the printer has some close physical tolerances and paper jams can occur when the paper occasionally collides with the printer hardware on its exit path. 3. Eventually the printer will die when it goes into a permanent "paper jam" mode when there is NO paper in the printer or jammed! HP discusses this on their website where it is called "false paper jams" and the recommendation is to buy a new printer.

  • Replacement for same model

this is a replacement for my previous same model that was only 18months old when the top automatic loader unit broke. Hopefully this will last a lot longer. This model is pretty good, it performs all and any print job you would want to do. it's easy to install and the wi-fi printing option is super. I print a lot from my smart phone, never an issue. It is kind of noisy though. The ink is good and economical. Just not for pictures (in case anyone thinks that this is photo printer also). This is strictly for home office use. I don't think that it would last in a business environment where everybody is constantly printing, for that a laser jet is the right choice.

  • Good value and fit for my home office

I like that the printer fits nicely into my limited home office space. Haven't used it a lot yet, but the physical setup was okay. Not crazy about the ink loading, but I'll get used to it. The online setup was not as easy as I expected and had to go through it 3 times to add it to 2 laptops and my smart phone. Otherwise it would have 5 stars.

  • Easy to operate

I purchased this printer to replace a worthless Epson which I only had a couple of months. What drive me insane was setting it up for envelopes. After I slammed the POS down on the floor as hard as I possibly could, I tossed it in the trash can. This one is more to my liking!!!!

  • There are better printers out there....

Setup and connection to my network was easy and straightforward. The HP Smart app assumes control and, for the most part, does a good job. However, I wasn't able to print a single sheet as the paper jammed immediately. Most guidance online suggested raising the ink cartridge cover and the HP video shows someone using a single finger to accomplish the task. No was was I able to open the cover, short of breaking it. I learned from on-online comments that this is a common problem with the printer model. One purported HP tech suggested breaking the cover and getting a new printer while under warranty. Rather than take that advice, I returned the printer posthaste.

  • Works with Catalina, great color print quality

Connected to my WiFi and my Catalina OS right out of the box. At last - a piece of technology that works! Color print quality is awesome. Great value, and I'm going to save a ton of money and time with the Instant Ink program.

  • This printer has the features and capabilities I was looking for at a very reasonable price.

Purchased this HP OfficeJet Pro 9015 Wireless All-In-One to replace my old HP AIO, and so far it has performed very well. I'm still getting acquainted with its capabilities, and I feel good about the purchase of this printer.

  • THREE IN ONE.

I purchased this to replace a scanner and a fax machine. I got a color printer for free. The quality is great and it is easy to use. I am not very high tech and even I could figure it out. I highly recommend this unit for folks that want lots of stuff in one package.

  • HP Officejet Pro 9015

The printer paper tray does not hold letter sized paper securely. As a result, the paper either jams inside the machine or tries to pull through many sheets at a time, thus jamming all over. It's too bad because the print quality is good. Had to return. HP is falling down on the quality of the newer machines as the 8025 and 8035 (I believe) have the same issues.
