Fast response, well built, quality monitor
True the HDR is limited by current brightness tech, you can't realistically afford a Hi Nit monitor, but this monitor isn't really about Folding OLED slick curved perfection ..
it's a true 144Hz at 2.5K ish bright enough to see everything, black enough to not have massive back leaks.
The stand feels numatic and very easy to raise and lower (other versions have a V shaped stand that's non height adjustable)
Controls are better thought out than LG current ones and remote is.. non existent, but the buttons are quality.
It saves settings well and has a (cheat-ish) adjustable Gaming Screen Centre Reticule, or is it Graticule.. (Microscopes have Graticules I think).
In FPS games my chances of a one on one being double knock or getting the kill are higher than my 75Hz monitor, being the faster panel it's duller than a slick IPS but I've got used to it.
Tested playing lower resolution all the way to highest resolution and kill rate was the same,
On my LG UltraWide lower single HD gave higher kills, not on this.
Video looks good too. Recommended.
Photos show View angles only looking upwards about 45 degrees showed artifacts(?) But very few users will be 2 feet tall and below the table.
