Still not sure
I have the sticks and the radar unit. There is no doubt that my swing speed has increased. I use them every day. HOWEVER: I definitely tend to over swing when I generate the speed . So I’m not sure yet that they have helped my game. Too early to say.

Super speed
I gained 4 mph in swing speed the first week. Still working the first protocol but getting use to the exercises is helping, I felt very uncoordinated at first and I am getting better with the rhythm of the different moves. I can’t wait to get into the next protocol.
