Smart light for fitting outside the front door.
This is an excellent product that really does the job I had intended to provide 'arriving home' illumination in my doorway at night. It would benefit from some better fitting/using instructions as I was initially confused that the light didn't respond to motion after I'd fitted it outside my front door - I then realised that it incorporates a light level sensor and will only function in motion sensing mode when there is very little ambient light/darkness. Well made but limited use
Its reasonable value for the price paid. However, the main fault is in the attachment / fixation of the unit to the rear of the main body. The two attachment lugs do not lock firmly enough to the fixing plate. The top ring hook at the top is better but too obvious and makes it easy to remove. Its well made but not sure if in the long term its water proof (shall have to wait and see). As its a battery powered unit it will need to come of every so often for the batteries to be replaced so the ring hook will be safer (but too obvious).Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Lightweight with great features

Easy install, well made & good sensor

Does what it claims to....but
All as expected barring the mounting plate which comes with tiny screws and wallplugs and has equally miniature holes for them. If you're fitting the light to anything other than a timber substrate you need to use larger screws and modify the plate to allow this.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Brilliant battery operated PIR light for opening front door in the dark, excellent quality and value for money.
This is a brilliant product, bought for my parents and have sited at the side of the front door so key can be found easily to unlock door in the dark. Just hanging on a nail for now but intend to use bracket to screw to wall once satisfied it is in the right place. Brilliant lights!
Brilliant. I purchased two of these lights, one for the driveway, and one for outside the backdoor. They're quick to assemble, just put batteries in and either stick on with included sticky tabs, or hang from a hook, as they have a metal loop on the back. Easy. The lights are quite sufficient for my needs, driveway one lights up to enable you to see until you get through gate, then backdoor light comes on to enable you to see to get in. Super Sensitive PIR light
Using these indoors as night lights on the stairs. Super sensitive to movement and give a fast good safe light. Like the options of auto PIR mode or "all the time light" (will be useful in power cuts). The lights can be free standing for us but just as easy to wall mount or hook up. Fabulous little light
The light is brilliant for what I needed it for. I have a set back front (side) door which is a very dark space and even the outside light on the side wall of my house doesn’t light it up so this little light is brilliant for that. Very bright and works as soon as it detects any motion, switching off after 30 seconds without further motion. I would highly recommend it.
