Great vitamins but tough to swallow
I have been using these vitamins for a couple of years now and they have worked well for me. Not sure if it is because of the vitamins but I have been feeling very good and I can’t remember the last time I got sick. My only gripe is that they are hard to swallow. They can easily get stuck in your throat and refuse to go down. Several gulps of water will be needed to get them moving. I wish they had a coating to make swallowing them easier. They are an extremely effective vitamin and do not leave a horrible after taste like many whole food vitamins. They are effective enough that you can easily take half of what is recommended, two rather than four, and do just fine unless you really need the full dosage for medical reasons.
