Came the next morning with postman and in good condition! It was in letter box so I’m presuming if it had dropped to floor if would have broke so try to avoid that if you order :) also you can add rubbing alcohol to make it all solid again. I’m not sure if anything was mentioned on parcel. I’ve brought this to replace my one running out and I love it I use a sponge to pat my patchy foundation rather than to apply it then use a sponge for Power and now my make up isn’t textured :) and with a setting spray lasts longer!
