Easy to transport, holds a good charge and looks like it packs a punch!
The product is a must for anyone looking for a little added nonlethal security. I originally picked one up to protect my dog should it be attacked after he was viciously savaged by a violent dog that escaped a fence and ran towards us. Stunning Safety Tool
This is the 2nd Vipertek VTS-989 I have purchased, as I had an old model that lasted me 6 years. This is more solid design. Great price for product.
Solid for the price… I did not buy this one the first time a few months ago because I did not want to fry my fingers being that the contacts run down the side(not a grip problem though) , and was sorry because the one that does not have the metal contacts on the sides is flimsy and does not arc half the time when i test it. This one is a little heavier= big plus cons for the one..-no pullout pin. charging light very dim and just stays on even when fully charged.. pros-solid contacts… .bright flashlight.. worth it..Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Zap your way to a brighter future
The vipertek seems to be a quality piece of protective equipment especially in today's tromultive world. I carry it with me on my swing shift route and it's not something that I want to use but it's there in case. It has a lot of power to put some one down and make an escape. It feels good in hand and you're able to move the switches with a little practice. The belt loop seems to be a little flimsy and it's not something that I would relie on so I slip it into my pocket.
