genuine 'new old stock' signetics NE602s - mine had datecode 1991
These appear to be GENUINE 'new old stock' chips as the NE602 are truly 'obsolete' now. The chips work exactly as expected in the circuit. The ones I received were Signetics, with a date code of 9105V - that is a date of about february 1991 I believe. The chip(s) work just fine in the bat detector I was repairing. Very happy.
