A little lacking as an all purpose cookware.
This product is a bit ambitious as a multi-purpose unit...works great for grilling and shearing but unless you do a lot of one-pot type cooking it's very difficult to empty the pot in between steps for recipes that require multiple steps in the cooking procedure.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
