Excellent design. Keeps my 4 year old engaged with the many play scenarios -- x-rays, baby centre and emergency room. The ambulance and helicopter are also great assets. It was a little difficult for her to build and she needed help, but she was very excited to build with me. It took 4 sessions to build and has been played with constantly since.
