Perfect Pi Power
I got this because the lead I was using before was not giving enough power causing my Pi to shut down during updates which caused my SD cards to become corrupted. Raspberry Pi 3 Official Power Supply
The item was well packaged and looked to be good quality. I use the Raspberry for streaming and after having swapped out the USB power for a mains supply, the "Lightning" symbol on the screen which kept appearing all the time on the top right hand side stopped. That symbol meant that the Raspberry P3 hadn't got enough power as that processing was affected at times. I tried another 'Made for Raspberry Pi' power supply, but it simply couldn't provide enough power for an external hard disk connected to my Pi. Yes, it was rated at the same output but it wasn't up to the job. Returned it and paid a bit more for the Official power supply. No problems at all. Time I stopped trying to save a pound or two and bought the real thing. This is the only option for a Pi 2 or 3 (others are fine for a Zero or Zero W).Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
