There does not appear to be a distributor of Heel products in the US. This came from Europe. My package had no English, ingredients were in Latin and package/insert written only in some Cyrillic alphabet, not sure what country. Fortunately, I know this product from when it was available here years ago. I was glad to find this available on E-Bay. It is a wonderful and effective product.
