Great for Fleas
This is great for flea protection for large cats. It is supposed to last for about six weeks. I have used it for some time and it is very effective. You are supposed to spread it behind the cat's head, between the collar bones by spreading the fur and putting it on the skin in a line down the back where the cat cannot lick. Most cats tolerate it well. There is a different dosage for small cats up to 9 pounds and large cats above 9 pounds.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Not effective No expiration date
After using this product my cats both still had fleas this was not an effective product as it usually is! Also I looked everywhere on every piece of the package inside of the package which had 4 packs of medicine in it there and there and was no expiration date on anything anywhere or on any part of the product, there should be an expiration date listed in many places of this product on the outside of the box on the inside of the package on each of the product tubes of medicine but there was no expiration date anywhere! I guess maybe you guys forgot to put that on there didn't you, the package was dated 2013 also and I got it in March of 2016 , no Experation Date!!!! Should Have Bought This First!
I have inside cats and had a mysterious outbreak of fleas. I first used Pet Armor as I had some on hand but it did nothing to combat the invading fleas. Once I dosed the cats with Advantage, the fleas croaked and life is happy for my cats again. I plan to dose them for the next several months just to be on the safe side. Hands down Bayer Advantage II works better than RX Frontline I got from my vet. My cats prefer it because it only takes a few drops and doesn't leave a greasy spot on their coat! Very easy to apply! Best product to keep fleas away.

New Old Product
My cat had ticks and fleas. Purchased this product because of the brand. quality and price. Upon arrival, found it was ONLY for fleas. No Tick removal which is what I thought it contained. I have tried everything, my cat is not a Persian but his hair is extremely thick and he sheds constantly, we've tried Fipronil spray but his hair is so thick and he is so weird that we couldn't apply it correctly.
