They last a long time.
I bought these to replace my 2500mah 35A sigelei batteries. They last twice as long. There drain is just as good also. When i push the button on my sigelei 120w mod the battery percentage doesn't dip down as much as the sigelei batteries. very long life

Its all about the current...
I used these to convert some old Black and Decker cordless tools from Nicad to Li-ion. I did this in conjunction with low cost Li-ion battery charger modules sold elsewhere on ebay. Yes, the capacity is high, but it's the "High Drain" aspect that really separates these from other lithium ion batteries. I don't know how to best describe it, but the instantaneous current that is available means the tool literally "jumps to life" when the trigger is pulled. Torque seems limitless. My old Black and Decker screw driver can now drive (and pull out) a 3 inch dry wall screw into my maple workbench almost effortlessly. The price is right. The fit is right. First charge did not show a significant increase in battery life in my vape mod. However as I have used these and charged them a few times I am seeing a much longer life and yesterday 1 battery actually lasted all day.
