Helps with memory & thought process.
Solaray is a good quality product; recommended by many nutrition stores and vitamin shops. I went thru menopause early - which can leave you foggy and also found as I aged, that I just was not remembering things, as well as I used to. So, upon seeing a holistic practitioner (for other reasons) I asked about this and she suggested my using Bacopa. I have found it made a real difference especially when I began talking with friends from high school during Covid, as we got ready for a 45 year reunion. I recalled, meeting an eventual BF thru a lunch time poker game and the exact "hand" I won him (by) and that he could not pay up on, such that he ended up "in debt" to me. (He did not even recall how we met, yet he walks every day & is in perfect weight. I think my memory being crystal clear (as it now is) is due to the Bacopa.
