I’m new to suspension training, specifically TRX, and this is a very helpful guide. I can breakup my workouts by body part, or do an all over body workout by following the clear and simple examples. Definitely worth purchasing for all levels of workouts.
This poster was exactly what I needed for my home circuit training workouts. And if I recall correctly, this poster has more exercises on one poster than the TRX ones. I also received it quickly which was great!
