Much cheaper than BT!
I needed another Cisco phone for another staff member, BT informed me that they no longer supported this phone and left me with my cisco phone formatted to BT! Making a quick call to another voip provider I was told to purchase a standard phone and we could format to use with them. I looked on ebay and found this phone at half the price I was charged via BT. Changing the settings was easy, and we have already used this phone for 2 years with no problems. They are very clear to hear and speak, easy to use. There are lots of features if you want them, but they don't clutter up the displays if you want a simple phone to make/take calls, hold and transfer. Great value for money, for a good phone. I would recommend.
