Not as good as it used to be!
I had bought this previously a years ago and after breaking my ankle, used the gel on my ankle and ligaments. The gel colour was blue and made the bruising look worse than it worse but it really did work wonders. This latest version of the gel is now clear and doesn't seem to work as well?
