I use Organic Apple Cider Vinegar, with Mother, to help my joint inflammation and arthritis. I take one tablespoon in a glass of water every day, with or after a meal. I have been using this vinegar for a long time, it's good quality and tastes good in salad dressings or with fish & chips. As I have an autoimmune condition, I'm allergic to many things, sometimes antihistamine aren't enough but taking 1 or 2 table spoons of apple cider vinegar, seems to calm the reactions down a bit.
