Franke Lira sink plug washer
The sink plug was slowly losing water, particularly cold water. Inspection of the sealing washer indicated a rather ragged peripheral edge. The replacement new washer, all be it a bit expensive, cured the problem but if it has to be replaced every 8 years or so I guess is acceptable

I needed this to replace the seal on my Lyra sink plug, which had lost its shape after a few years' of use, letting water leak around the plug. The new is sufficiently thick and flexible to work properly and is straightforward to fit. A little pricey though

Rather expensive for a small rubber item but at least it is an original product. It fits well and seals well and hopefully will last as long as the original - about 18 years at £0.50 per year = Not bad value!
