Poles are terrible
Purchased this tent on 2/22 used it for the first time 5/10 so couldn’t give a review till now. It took longer then 2 minutes to get the tent fully up and even after we did, it collapsed many times. The size is huge which was good but it trapped my 2 year old inside at 2am because the poles randomly collapse. We took it down and put it back up 3 times while we were using it to see what the issue was. The doors are terrible as well both sides of the doors have zippers which is good but the bottom is Velcro which is terrible because we had water coming in almost immediately when it started raining! I would not recommend this tent I also messaged the seller to ask if this has ever been an issue and they said I was outside my 60 days and to have a nice day and I wasn’t trying to return the tent! I was asking if they had any issues and maybe a quick fix if I wasn’t doing it correctly. Wouldn’t buy the product or from that store again.
