BEST EVER yeast
I have tried other yeasts, mainly Red Star and none of them offer the same ease of fermentation, no restarting needed! The flavour of the finished wine is easy to adjust to the sweetness or dryness that you require. Perfect for anyone who is a beginner or experienced home wine maker!!
