The Boston Acoustics BA635 is a three-piece set of self-powered computer speakers. This set consists of two satellite speakers and a powerful subwoofer. The subwoofer utilizes a vented enclosure and is flared at both ends to eliminate audible turbulence. It weighs 4 lbs and measures 7.8 inches wide by 6 inches high by 6.7 inches deep. The satellite speakers weigh 0.4 lbs and measure 2.6 inches wide by 2.7 inches high by 2.3 inches deep. These Boston Acoustics speakers deliver crisp clear sound in a compact package that fit on any user’s desk. The Boston Acoustics BA635 has a frequency response range of 55 Hz to 20 kHz and a crossover frequency of 200 Hz. The maximum sound pressure level for these Boston Acoustics speakers is 96 dB. These computer speakers feature a subwoofer with a 4.5-inch polymer-treated fiber and 2-inch satellites also with polymer treated fiber. Quality sound from small speakers
12V power supply - set can be rigged to run from automobile power. Much better sound than most computer speaker sets for music. Good to use with a walkman/discman or etc as a portable or dormitory room system. Durable except for the tweeter feet.
