This is a great solution for hanging a TV under your kitchen cabinets. However the pressed steel plate that attaches to the cupboard or ceiling is not flat and so the arm hangs at an angle, and since there is no adjustment for sideways tilt your TV sits on an angle and looks bad, I had to bend the bracket straighter in a vice.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
