Crystal clear fidelity
Very precise , pure reproduction of a wave file. At lows and highs. On my smartphone listening to Ultravox, i have bass at zero. If you use these I recommend for wave 16 bit files with all fx off. VERY snug fitting in ear with a design that holds itself in. I tried Talking Heads and needed no extra bass. Another Audiophile Product from AKG-Great
This is a remarkable iem consistent with AKG's mastery at developing audiophile quality microphones and headphones. A worthy successor to the 3003. Although the packaging is not as great as with its predecessor, you get a choice of 3 high quality cables and a storage case. A large selection of Tuning Filters and eartips. Sound wise, they are articulate, dynamic, fast, accurate stage presentation and great sonics. They are constructed with ceramic enclosures but are light and generally comfortable to wear. You can spend a long time enjoying music witht hese devices. Fragile headphones but good sound
I'm still not entirely convinced that any of the 3 pairs of these headphones were genuine. The sound quality varied greatly from one pair to another.
