Fabulous Yoga Dvd
I want to learn yoga but on my own terms; so a dvd teaching yoga for beginners is a good solution for me. I like the fact that the male instructor is easy to listen to & follow. I like the fact that this dvd simply has two complete sessions of 30 mins each. This means that once it is playing I don't have to get up and fiddle with the dvd player. I love the fact that the instructions are given at a pace that even a newbie like me can cope with, unlike most other exercise dvds where I can't keep up (so I give up) I like the fact that I will actually use this exercise dvd.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

This is aimed at beginners but I and my partner found it really tough. Especially the second programme assumes you are already fit, strong and very bendy! Not done any yoga for over 10 years and this was easy to follow, with a very experienced teacher. I’m struggling as I’m so unfit but you can stretch less and hold poses for less time, until strength and flexibility builds.
