Quality nowadays isn't what it used to be.
For headphones that are a decade old, the AD700s boast shocking sound quality with a massive, encompassing, sound stage. Both comfortable and lightweight, these headphones can be worn for more than 14 hours at a time without much discomfort, a rarity for any headphones at most price ranges. I've been meaning to get myself a pair of these for a few years after trying them at a friends house, but being discontinued and old speaks poorly of surviving pairs. On the bright side, the price on something so "out of style" is very low considering the quality of the headphones.
