Exactly What I Required.
This was purchased for use in wet mounting of biological specimens for microscopy, as I required a pure water, which wouldn't affect or reduce the effectiveness of the various stains and reagents I use. Previously I had used de-ionised water for the purpose, but fount that chemicals in it had the effect of bleaching Lugol's Iodine out of the specimen, which is why I decided to look for distilled water instead. A litre of water will last me quite a long time, so although it a little expansive ; for my purposes, it is actually quite good value.
