been shown by a German Lady how to make
so we have a big jam making tin pot that we put on the cooker,
and remember that one of these bags are meant for 1 per bottle of wine,
now buy the cheapest red bottle you can find as it wont matter.
add how many bottles of wine into the tin pot - we only made 2 bottles so -
find a way to put the bags into the pot dangling in with the string out,
turn on heat and make sure you never bring to the boil - a must.
add a quarter bag of white sugar - stir till dissolved and cut up a Lemmon
and orange lightly squeeze and put rest into the pot and stir,
keep slowly stirring until hot enough to serve.
but for a harder full flavour you can put in quarter of a cup of Rum or Brandy
depending what you like and remember if it is not sweat enough you can
always add a bit more sugar - and the moral of the story is -
you can always put in - but you can not take out - so for your first time
enjoy making but take your time.
