Designed for the connoisseur, the TDL RTL2 stereo speakers pack a punch from a relatively small size. The twin 172-mm (6.8-inch) polypropylene cones with forward roll rubber surround bass drivers coupled with the 19-mm (0.8-inch) soft domed ferrofluid-cooled tweeters produce a clear yet punchy sound that a hi-fi enthusiast will certainly appreciate. These TDL RTL2 speakers have an electrical two-way second order passive crossover set at 3 kHz, but can be bi-wired if desired. The maximum power rating for the TDL RTL2 is 80 watts with a nominal impedance of 8 Ohms at 1 kHz. With a frequency response of 40 Hz to 20 kHz, these stereo speakers will give all the bass, yet have a crisp top-end response. The TDL RTL2 speakers are housed in wooden cases each measuring 200 mm (7.9 inches) wide by 220 mm (8.7 inches) deep by approximately 770 mm (30.3 inches) high.
