    Also fits 2008 hyosung gt650 carb version ,easy installation at a fraction of the o.e.m cost

    This brush plate is advertised for suzuki sv650 but needs must and I needed new brushes for the startermotor on my 2008 hyosung gt650 after taking the electric starter motor off of my bike and ordering the brush plate I measured both the plate thickness and all of the outer dimensions of both carbon brushes and found them to be identical in dimensional measurements so I fitted the complete plate into my starter motor and connected it to a battery and it worked (brilliant ! ), I have refitted the starter and run the bike day in and out start stop start stop every day for a week and not once has the starter let me down!. It's worth considering that this refurb kit is an ideal kit to be advertised as a kit for hyosung starter motor for the 2008 model gt650 carb model. Well done and thank you for a quality part at a fraction of the cost of an o.e.m. replacement part

    Quadrunner starter motor brushes

    Pity you have to replace the whole brush assembly, when all that was gone was the brushes themselves, with the rest seemingly in perfect condition still, but that's the way it is. Certainly I couldn't find just the brushes, and maybe they'd be difficult to make a good contact anyway. Did the trick though, and still saved money over a full starter motor. I used this part on the starter for a Suzuki Quadrunner 250 LT-F250FK1 ATV, circa 2000. If you're looking at these brushes, watch out for the L & R variants. I nearly missed that and almost got the wrong one.
