About this product

Product Information

Situated in the lea of its more boisterous neighbour, the village of Brunton had, at least in theory, sought to preserve its ethos of tranquillity. That was of course until the clock on the church tower stopped and a body was found lying in the arbour of the lych gate of which the village was justifiably proud! Yet whilst these events resulted in bringing Ross Nelson and Carrie Summerville together, neither of them could have visualised the sequence of events that were to follow, nor come to that was Dave Summerville able to understand the importance of the paper that he found in the bell tower of the church! But there were others from outside of the parish who had a vested interest in matters appertaining to this place, which was perhaps the reason why the young clergyman's wife had her face so disfigured and why a certain Gareth Evans, who supposedly worked for Her Majesty's Government, appeared to be able to haunt their lives!
