Good but could be great
Right now I'm going to write this is as a good product but it has the potential of being great. The reason why is because there isn't an app for rowing that is sufficient to do what I thought it would do. Because this watch has a built-in accelerometer I was hoping that it could track stroke rate with movement of my arm. It appears that has this ability but unfortunately there isn't any software currently, but hopeful there is eventually. I also run and it's able to track my steps per minute with my hand. It it is a little weird having a third-party creates some of these apps especially right now since the market is small. My understanding to get the Cadence I have to have a third party app which I have to pay money for on top of the watch. Nonetheless watch is very cool because it's so small and still has GPS built-in. And the ability to sync to my phone and look at the results is nice. It would be nice though if they did the ability to customize Sports of which they have a few like running golf cycling swimming. But much of these are still in their infancy. For instance swimming to be done in the pool otherwise it's inaccurate. There may be work around for these inconveniences but as many of us are so busy with our lives it adds a degree of difficulty often not worth pursuing.
