Does what it says on the packet....
My Dogs (two) for some reason had an awful lot of fleas this year, maybe due to the extreme hot spell we had. I tried all the remedies known to man, one dog even had 2 flea collars on, I sprayed all around my home, vacuumed every day ...... shampoo'd them with special flea shampoo, One of my dogs is a X German Shepherd and has long hair on the back end, so even that was shaved off in case the fleas were nesting there......Flea combs were a good buy with a bowl of hot water with disinfectant in, but still there seemed no end to the infestation.... I had already used a well known make of 'spot on' that never worked, so I looked at the Johnson's one and managed to read the writing on the back, in the listing. I used them straight away when I received them, and to my delight the very next day after using, I got my usual bowl and combs out and not one flea was found on my X German Shepherd, I found one very dopey flea on my little dog, and that was it....... By the way I have since had my X German Shepherd weighed, when she went for her inoculation boost, and she is 35.4 Kg! the one for 10kg up to less than 25kg worked on her..... Irritated the dog more than fleas
I use the same brand tablets on my dog and they seem to work well, but needed to try something that would last a bit longer. These don't seem to have done anything and had the same problem others have had that it turned the fur a pinky purple colour and the dog has been itching for a couple of weeks now since applying it, so only put it on once and won't be using it again.
