Love this blanket!
I am very happy with this item so far. I have used it several times and I am a real believer in infared therapy. A few days after receiving this I took a nasty fall and was using ice and then this infared blanket several times a day. I would use my oils on the bruised areas and then get into the infared bed blanket ( I actually slept inside it one night). MY recovery time from the fall has been amazing! Although I do have some bruising, I have been able to work and move more easily than I would have if I had not had this on hand.
