Not really sure this product is very effective against snoring BUT it is very pleasant to use and tastes very natural and not too chemically so not a complete disappointment. Could do to be priced a little more economically however, considering it is not actually very effective as a snore aid.

Don't bother, this is completely useless. It is based oon a diluted peppermint oil mixture that has very little contact with your mouth before being swallowed.
