A woofer and tweeter are set in each box in this two-box Cambridge Audio S30 set of speakers. Each box utilises a bass reflex system that is optimised for bass production. The tweeter in these Cambridge stereo speakers is a 2.54-cm dome style with an 11.43-cm woofer unit. The woofer has woven polyfibre construction with rubber surround. The power range for each Cambridge Audio S30 enclosed speaker set is a minimum of 15 watts with a maximum of 100 watts. Wattage under 15 watts does not produce sound effectively while power over 100 watts risks damaging the bookshelf speakers. This set of Cambridge stereo speakers utilises a sensitivity of 90 dB and an 8-Ohm impedance. The minimum frequency response for the unit is 55 Hz with a maximum frequency response of 20 kHz. The unit has a post connector type with bi-amp inputs. Overall dimensions of the bookshelf speakers are 22.86 cm high by 16.5 cm wide by 24.13 cm deep.
