I have always liked Staysharp knives, and this new one didn't let me down. Good shaped handle which sits in my hand comfortably, lovely sharp slicing blade too. I like the new mechanism in the sharpener too, so that you have to push a button to release the knife, no chance of the knife accidently coming out and cutting anyone.
