Sturdy but could be better.
The cage is sturdy and heavier gauge than most. It fits the Freelander 2 as advertised although I think the same cage can be bought cheaper without the Freelander 2 advert. Easy to assemble but no carry handle. It has faults though: there is no hard tray to the base which means dogs can feel the wire squares through the supplied bedding and protective base membrane, which is velcro fastened around a wire frame that can be pulled out and removed from frame by undoing all of the tab fasteners. I had to cut cardboard to fit from the packaging to overcome this. The lack of a hard plastic base also makes cleaning (especially from puppies) much more difficult so no hygiene rating here and if away travelling it makes cleaning the base from accidents a big job, rather than pull the tray out and wipe over. I think a plastic tray should be offered as an option. The whole base is non slip though which stops dogs sliding about in transit. The sliding door is a good idea for access but adds to the large amount of rattling from the cage during driving, something our cheaper cage with swing door does not do. A couple of weld points had come away but did not affect the strength of that part of the cage. Too many niggles at the price to get five stars.

Versatile
This product fits a Land Rover Freelander 2 well. It is easy to assemble and can be stored flat when not in use. However, the internal dog space is restrictive and a bit of a squeeze for growing medium/large breed puppies. A good product for small animal.
