NothNothing's Shocking
Great cd. Probably one of Jane's Addictions best pieces of work. Nothing's Shocking stood out at the time as a breath of fresh air as the style of music they produced on their earliest cds was a fusion of different types of music. Ritual Habitual is very similar with this but with more energy and just as good.

Still sounds exciting and fresh
Revisiting this album after more than 30 years, I was amazed to find it's lost none of it's original edginess. Still exciting and fresh after all this time, absolutely worth a listen even if only for the iconic 'Jane Says'. When this band first emerged in the late 80's, who would have thought they'd have such longevity? Their sonic identity is already clear and distinct. Considering so many artists these days take several albums to find their feet, this was a different time, when bands hit the ground running. Experience the thrill of where it all began.
