Good Beretta Factory Wood Grips
These are Beretta factory grips for the Model 92FS. There seem to be 2 types of factory wood grips, presumably all are walnut. Be sure you find the best price as some sellers add a premium. Beretta website might offer best prices? The grips mounted easily, fit well, look fine & are well made. There are other grip makers out there but I prefer to keep things factory original when possible. Some other brands cost less, some cost more.

Beretta Grips.
These Beretta brand real walnut wood grips look like plastic! They are real walnut wood but the finish is very smooth and shiny like plastic! I have walnut grips and other things that are made out of real walnut wood and they have a deep walnut finish with the grain of the wood not completely smoothed like these grips. The checkering is fine but everything but the checkering is very plastic looking. I mean if you compared these grips to plastic grips you could not tell which one was wood and which one was plastic! Very disappointed in the look of these grips. I thought because it was factory Beretta grips they would be really nice. If you like the look of plastic then maybe these grips will suit you just fine but I'm putting these on a Quality firearm and they make it look like a 59.00 BB gun! Might want to spend a little more money and get the rosewood grips. I bought rosewood grips for my Walther ppk-s and they look awesome.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Adds so much character to my 96A1!

Wood says it better!
My 92 FS is new to me, but truly became my gun when I installed new grips! They soaked in Ballistol for three days, don't know where it all went!? I'm waiting on some slotted stainless steel screws, the Allen type just doesn't do it for me.

Fit Perfectly
These grips fit my 1995 92FS Centurion perfectly - all I had to do is put them on and tighten the screws. They are attractive and reasonably priced. The checkering is crisp and the medallions are metal and nice. They were a bit shiny for my taste - some may like them that way - so I buffed the smooth parts down with 4-0 steel wool and put on a coat of wax. Don't fit
When installed on the gun (a Beretta 92FS) the front edge of the grips were too thick. The magazine release could not be depressed. The grips look nice and if they fit I would be happy so I am going to get out a sanding block and see if I can make them work. Great Hand Grips
This is the second pair of these I have bought in the last few years, so I knew exactly what they were like. Besides looking great, they provide a much better feel than the standard factory grips. Retro look acquired
Grips were factory replacements, good quality and craftsmanship. I ordered the darker walnut finish with the medallions to replace my factory matte black grips. After removing my old grips, these were a direct fit. No fitting or adjusting was needed. The only issue I had was with the washers. The wooden grips are thicker than the composite grips so I had to just replace the screws and leave the washers out.
