Quality appears good though only time will tell how well the polymer wears.
Comes with spacers included to adapt to different derailleur brands. Build quality appears fine though only time will tell how well the polymer wears with use, but ballraces should be a better option than the original oilite bushes. There are no instructions as such just a small picture on the back of the box showing which spacers to use. This could be made more clear as I fitted two sets of type 'A' for Shimano (thinking the A type were for Shimano) only to realise later it needed a type 'A' and a type 'B'.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Great replacement for OEM SRAM part, cleaned up my shifting perfectly and doesn't have those rather annoying slots that accumulate grime.
