There is not a thumb rest groove on each side of the mouse or on one side like most mice. Instead, the mouse buttons have a slight overhang, which allows the mouse button’s surface to hang over the tip of your thumb. The back and sides of the mouse have rubberized grip as well, so the grip is comfortable to the touch. The size specifications for this wireless mouse are 1.5 inches by 2.6 inches by 4.2 inches. It weighs 4.1 ounces, which is near to what most wireless mice weigh, so it is completely mobile. NOT GOOD
