A good starting point
For a non-prescription medication, it's pretty effective. It's not as potent as some of the stuff that vets can prescribe for ear problems, but it does do the job, with patience and repeated applications. It is an excellent thing to try if you wish to avoid the trouble and expense of a vet visit for a mild earwax issue, and I don't think it can do much harm - but if the problem is serious, then yes, go for a consultation straight away. Ear cleaner and wax remover for dogs.
Our dog has had ear wax problems for years. We think it's an allergic reaction to something. Not sure what. Vet Bill's can be costly so we've tried many products. This one was recommended by our vet. I've since bought it on line. It's by far the best one yet. Not the cheapest but the best.
