Been taking for over a year now - excellent!
Been taking these before and during my 2nd pregnancy and so far I have been very healthy throughout. I do find they repeat on me throughout the morning, I usually take them during my breakfast. I am not sure why this happens but even still I have been very persistent in taking them. Not filled with bad ingredients so definitely worth a try if you are in doubt, much better for you than other brands.
